Hobbits Best Prepared for Apocalypse

BoingBoing had an article about this ultimate apocalypse home which is supposedly safe from"future plagues, biological terrorism, and even nuclear war". What I couldn't get over is how much it looks like a hobbit hole -- both inside and out.
